Chinese. But im not sure is Canto or Mand. Some Viet people still have chinese names or last names, or some words are still very familiar just diff spellings

I would think that it sounds more Khmer and Mon because their (Vietnamese, Khmer and Mon) languages are classified as Mon-Khmer (Austroasiatic) languages, as opposed to the other langauges listed above which belongs to different language families.
