The day i sleep early makes me feel so better next morning.But hardly any day comes in a week that i could go to bed early.
Anways 10 hrs would be so nice but its not possible for me.But 8 hrs isnt bad either.

12 hours is much more thne required, half of your life goes sleeping, To be honest after exact 8 hours my eyes open automatic, but i always feel i must not leave bed for atleast 1 more hour I am so lazy. I always think 9 hours is good, lot of rest.
