Those 5 are for healthy skin. I think you think whiter skin means healthier skin.

Water is top. Special creme products, if your thinking about sunsreen to protect form the sun, it's bad for you. Using blush is a way to protect form sun. And cucumber is very cool for your skin to relax in too

errm you know what, i heard this soap called Likas works.
I think its a phillipines brand and like it has work woners for people.
Although i do not use it myself, but i seen pictures from other forums and it seems to work. ^^

i used likas papaya before, and yeah it is very effective. but now i stopped coz i realized that i love my real skin color.

My skin is lighter now that I live in Texas and their schools are indoors.
Meanwhile in California their schools are outdoors and gym is outdoors=tanned.
