well yeah whenever this happen it's not cool..the girl you like with your best friend..you just can't really choose one of them.but hey time sometimes can ended up everything.you might be forget about that girl.she is not the only one.if she is not with you no matter what reason it is.then she is not your girl.try to see other girls.
