I like Caramel rice and corn cakes,
Special K fruit and yogurt with fresh bananas mmm... it tastes good,i usually put banana slices on any plain cereal -the banana makes it sweet -that way your not taking in too much sugar in your system.
Nature Valley Snack Bar Peanut Butter granola but this one has 6g of fat,but it's a good source of protein and fiber,
I usually buy lowfat milk ,between lowfat and nonfat, lowfat tastes better- i guess that's pretty obvious.
